Bobby had been searching for Ella's sexiest posts and although he doesn't follow her on Instagram, he was particularly enamored by a raunchy shot of the reality star modelling Ann Summers lingerie back in February.
And Ella, who was the first transgender bride to appear on the E4 series, regularly likes Bobby's posts, with sources saying it's possible a 'secret man' she's been seeing for months now could be the soap star.
Bobby, who's 10 years Ella's junior, has previously been linked to his Strictly co-star Ellie Leach and actress Jazzy Phoenix, who plays Nadine Keller in EastEnders.
A source told MailOnline: 'Bobby and Ella have exchanged private messages over Instagram and been liking each other's posts for months now.
'Ella watched him on Strictly and admired his dance ability, she aspires to star on the show one day.

And it seems the soap star has shifted his love for the dance show onto the MAFS star, who has all fingers crossed to have her chance on Strictly (Bobby pictured with dance partner Dianne Buswell in 2023)
Speaking to New magazine, Ella said: 'I would absolutely love to do Strictly Come Dancing. I'm not here to convince people who I am, and if you don't like me, you don't like me, but at least watch me do an amazing rumba and maybe think, "Yeah, she's cool, she's just Ella".'
